The Elite
The Elite package is our most popular — we handle all logistics for your travel including airport transfers, hotels, restaurant reservations, tours, and everything in between. Below you will find our fee structure based on trip length and number of destinations.
Please note: This fee schedule may vary based on number of destinations, number of travelers, and overall itinerary complexity. Air ticketing is not included and subject to additional fees.

Fully customized itinerary, personalized with curated recommendations
Edits to trip itinerary proposal, as agreed upon during consultation, up until deposit
Booking and management of travel plans
Ongoing travel consultation and support (before and during travel)
Access to mobile app with your trip details
Real-Time, In-Travel Support (including 24/7 in-destination emergency numbers, where applicable)
Concierge services, such as booking restaurant reservations, spa appointments, etc.

$750+ — For trips 7 days or fewer and 1 destination
$1,000+ — For trips 7-14 days, or including more than 2 destinations
$1,500+ — For 15+ day itineraries or highly complex trips
Final pricing is based on overall itinerary complexity and scope of planning required.
This option is for the traveler that wants the bones of the trip booked but doesn’t need all the extras - we will plan and book your hotels, tours and transfers then you can fill in the gaps (dinners, free days, etc.).

The Elevated
Some trips simply require more. For clients who need an especially high-touch level of support, additional concierge services are available at $150 per hour.
This may include extensive pre-travel coordination, complex logistics, special requests, or other needs that require additional time & attention from our team.
Private Client Services

If you are interested in booking a hotel with Next Exit VIP status + additional amenities, but do not require itinerary design services, we can book a curated selection of luxury hotels for you with no associated fee. Reach out to us HERE to request a complimentary hotel-only booking.

Last-minute trip requests are time-consuming and require immediate prioritization.
Trip requests 30-90 days from departure may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an expedited planning fee of $100+ for The Elevated + The Essential and $250+ for The Elite. This expedited fee is a surcharge in addition to the fees listed above.Trip requests less than 30 days prior to departure cannot be accommodated.

Designed for clients with frequent travel, complex logistics, evolving itineraries, or projects that fall outside a traditional trip design structure. Services may be billed hourly or through a customized retainer arrangement. Please inquire directly to discuss the best fit.
