HALEIGH - Founder - Luxury Travel Advisor
HALEIGH with family

Haleigh

Founder + Luxury Travel Advisor
Dream weaver. Detail chaser. London in a person.

Haleighโ€™s love language? Details. Whether sheโ€™s orchestrating a multi-country honeymoon or planning a milestone family adventure, she brings precision, creativity, and care to every single trip. With first-class planning skills, an eye for the exceptional, and trusted relationships with partners across the globe, sheโ€™s known for turning even the most outrageous travel ideas into seamless realities.

An Enneagram 3 to her core (and a Monica, if weโ€™re talking Friends), Haleigh thrives when sheโ€™s building real relationshipsโ€”with clients and travel partners alike. She does her best work when thereโ€™s trust, shared vision, and a little room to make magic. She doesnโ€™t believe in โ€œjust booking tripsโ€โ€”she believes in building long-term travel partnerships, rooted in consistency, connection, and white-glove service.

When sheโ€™s not curating extraordinary escapes, youโ€™ll likely find her cooking a new recipe, reading something soul-filling, or laughing too hard with her husband, Matt. Haleigh lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with her two daughtersโ€”Everlee (an eternal optimist) and Eisley (a sparkle-loving mini tastemaker). She swears by a leisurely dinner, a great hotel lobby scent, and always packing a backup charger.

Her travel style? Wander the city by day, pasta and wine by night. Sound machine optional, but highly recommended.

NATALIE - Luxury Operations Manager

Natalie

Luxury Operations Manager
Detail detective. Systems queen. Always one step aheadโ€”with a strong opinion and a sharp eye to match.

Natalie is the engine behind the scenes at Next Exit Travelsโ€”anticipating needs, refining logistics, and keeping everything (and everyone) running smoothly. As Operations Manager, sheโ€™s your steady hand from booking to boarding, ensuring that even the tiniest details are covered so your travel experience feels effortless.

Her love for travel was sparked early thanks to her adventurous parents and plenty of classic road trips. Sheโ€™s explored 35 of the 50 U.S. states (so far), ventured across the Caribbean and Europe, and dreams of checking off all 63 U.S. National Parks. Favorite travel moment? Watching the sunrise over the Roman Forum.

A Dallas native with a strong sense of order and a side of sass, Natalie is known for her precision, proactive support, and no-nonsense approach to making trips run beautifully. Sheโ€™s the one you want on your side when itโ€™s time to translate big dreams into flawless execution.

Her travel style? Poolside chats, grilled cheese, a peach Bellini in hand, and zero tolerance for chaos. Favorite scent? The wood section of Home Depot. Most useless talent? Texting back immediately. Superpower? Sweating the small stuff so clients can savor the big moments.

CASEY - Travel Coordinator

CAsey

Travel Coordinator
Logistics queen. Snack-packer. Master of the artful itinerary.

Casey is the calm in the travel stormโ€”the one tying up the final (and crucial) details for every Next Exit itinerary. From dining reservations and wellness treatments to transportation and special requests, sheโ€™s the magic behind the curtain making sure your journey flows beautifully from takeoff to touchdown.

Her love of travel started earlyโ€”belting out oldies on childhood road trips with her dad, paper map in hand, and a head full of curiosity. Those formative drives taught her what makes a trip feel smooth and joyfulโ€”and how to pivot when things go sideways (a skill that comes in handy when navigating both airports and motherhood).

Casey is married to her high school sweetheart, Colter, and theyโ€™re raising three incredible boys. When sheโ€™s not on the sidelines cheering them on, sheโ€™s dreaming up the next great family adventureโ€”or baking something from scratch just because. Known for her creativity, her fierce organizational skills, and her fairy godmother energy, Casey helps turn travel ideas into magic.

Her travel style? Give her a beach chair, a great cafรฉ view, and a spiral notebook for word searches, and sheโ€™s all set. Just donโ€™t ask her to karaoke. (Unless sheโ€™s alone in the car.)

About Next Exit

At Next Exit Travels, we believe the trip planning process should be a fun experience, with white glove service from beginning to end that emulates the experiences our clients have while they are traveling with our partners. We work to serve our clients above all else and we are not influenced by any sort of sales goals or metrics. Because we do not believe in prefixed itineraries, each trip planned in partnership with Next Exit Travels is treated with the utmost care resulting in proposals that are entirely curated to our clientsโ€™ preferences, personality, travel style and more.

As your travel advisors, we are here for you before, during and after travel to assist with any questions or unexpected hiccups you may experience along the way. We strive to build strong relationships with our clients and while we aim for each trip to go off without a hitch, you can trust that we will be there for you should something come up!

Next Exit Travels has created a finely tuned system for trip planning

The process allows the team to be creative while presenting itinerary proposals within a timely manner. They ask that clients engage their services when they are ready to book travel as the planning process typically takes three weeks from inquiry to deposit. They ask that clients reach out at least 3-6 months prior to date of departure, though they can accommodate last minute requests in specific circumstances. As luxury travel specialists, Next Exit Travels is the best fit for travelers who have a minimum budget of $850 to $1,000 per adult per night.

Because Next Exit Travels keeps their client list small, they create personal relationships with their clients and finds they are most energized by clients who like to think outside of the box. The team loves to create experiences that are unique to their clients and always considers what they have done in the past, how their lives may have changed since their last trip, and carefully weighs this as they design itineraries.
