Wanted: Client experience coordinator

Are you the Monica to our Rachel? The Joey to our Chandler?

Hi! I’m Haleigh, Owner of Next Exit Travels and a Luxury Travel Advisor.

Several years ago, I built this company around one simple belief: travel changes people. Whether it's experiencing different cultures, trying incredible food, learning the history of a city, or simply slowing down enough to appreciate the beauty this world has to offer, travel has always left a lasting impression on me and my family. That's why I'm passionate about creating those same opportunities for our clients.

Over the last eight years, Next Exit Travels has grown from a one-woman show into a small but mighty team. We serve wonderful clients, work with incredible partners around the world, and take a lot of pride in making sure every trip feels seamless and deeply personal.

As we've continued to grow, we're ready to welcome another detail-loving human into the mix.

SO IF WE’RE GOING TO WORK TOGETHER,

here are a few things you need to know about us.

We're a small but mighty team, and relationships are at the center of everything we do. We care deeply about our clients, our travel partners, and each other. Referrals are the heartbeat of our business, and we believe exceptional service and kindness still matter.

Our personalities complement each other. If personality tests are your thing, I'm an ESFJ and Enneagram 3w2. The other two members of our team are Enneagram 6s, so there's no shortage of planners, list-makers, and people asking, "But what if…?" Around here, details matter and we like it that way.

Our team works collaboratively, but everyone owns their lane. We trust one another, communicate often, and genuinely enjoy working together. Nobody here wants to micromanage. We need people who are proactive, resourceful, and capable of running with things.

The devil is in the details. One wrong payment date, one missed passport expiration, or one unchecked insurance deadline can create a big problem. We need someone who enjoys keeping the trains running on time and takes pride in getting the little things right.

We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We laugh a lot, celebrate wins, occasionally communicate through moderately inappropriate memes, and believe work should be enjoyable.

SOUND GOOD?

You’re perfect if…

You have experience in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred. You know that a missed transfer, overlooked passport expiration, or unpaid supplier balance isn't just an administrative error. It impacts someone's long-awaited trip.

You don't secretly dream of starting your own travel business. We say that with love. We're not looking for someone who wants to spend a year learning the ropes and heading out on their own. We're looking for someone excited about building something together and growing alongside us for years to come.

You have an unhealthy relationship with checklists. Missing details physically pains you, and you'd rather spend five extra minutes double-checking something than spend five hours fixing a preventable mistake.

You read and remember this: on your application, under “Name”, also tell me your favorite cocktail. This is required!

You genuinely enjoy taking care of people. You're comfortable hopping on the phone with a client, following up with a hotel, or calling a partner in Rome to request a rooftop table. You love making people feel cared for.

You have an obsession with details. Systems are your jam. You love troubleshooting and creating order out of chaos.

You enjoy systems and technology. You're comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and learning new platforms quickly. You don't panic when someone says, "We're implementing new software."

You promise not to ask me questions that Google could answer for you. I promise not to ask you to do something without giving you the tools to do so.

You are kind. We work with wonderful clients and incredible travel partners around the world, and we simply don't do rude. Life is too short.

In short, if you're a kind, detail-obsessed, people-loving problem solver who enjoys systems, thrives on getting the little things right, and wants to help build something special for the long haul, I'd love to hear from you.

This position is 15-25 hours per week and is fully remote with general working hours from 9:00-4:00 PM.

You must be able to provide your own internet, phone, computer hardware and workspace.
