Wanted: Luxury Operations Manager

Are you the Monica to my Rachel? The Joey to my Chandler?

Hi! I’m Haleigh, Owner of Next Exit Travels and a Luxury Travel Advisor.

St. Augustine said, “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” I created this company because I firmly believe that is true! Whether it is experiencing and learning from different cultures, trying amazing food, enjoying the history of a city, or basking in the beauty this world has to offer, travel has always left a lasting impression on me and my family. That is why I’m so passionate about creating opportunities for my clients to live their dreams.

My passion for travel combined with several years of building my client base and delivering incredible experiences has grown my company to the point of needing…YOU!

SO IF WE’RE GOING TO WORK TOGETHER,

here are a few things you need to know about me.

  1. If personality tests are your thing, I’m a Consul (ESFJ) and Enneagram 3w2. I am very detail-oriented and type A. I’m driven, enthusiastic, and thrive in caring for my clients.

  2. My business model is relationship focused. This applies to my clients and travel partners. My growth path is nearly exclusively referrals and my partners and I do everything we can to give my clients a personalized and exceptional experience from start to finish. Maintaining relationships with clients AND partners is critical; that’s also why I don’t work with rude people!

  3. The devil is in the details, and I need someone who doesn’t miss a beat. This position will be responsible for the detailed work of making itineraries come to fruition. One minor booking error can result in one major problem!

  4. I don’t want to micromanage! I need someone who is motivated, quick to respond, thorough and timely.

  5. I take my work very seriously, but let’s have fun! I love to joke and laugh and send moderately inappropriate memes – work doesn’t have to be boring!

here’s what I need you to do:
