Haleigh

Founder + Luxury Travel Advisor
Dream weaver. Detail chaser. London in a person.

Haleigh’s love language? Details. Whether she’s orchestrating a multi-country honeymoon or planning a milestone family adventure, she brings precision, creativity, and care to every single trip. With first-class planning skills, an eye for the exceptional, and trusted relationships with partners across the globe, she’s known for turning even the most outrageous travel ideas into seamless realities.

An Enneagram 3 to her core (and a Monica, if we’re talking Friends), Haleigh thrives when she’s building real relationships—with clients and travel partners alike. She does her best work when there’s trust, shared vision, and a little room to make magic. She doesn’t believe in “just booking trips”—she believes in building long-term travel partnerships, rooted in consistency, connection, and white-glove service.

When she’s not curating extraordinary escapes, you’ll likely find her cooking a new recipe, reading something soul-filling, or laughing too hard with her husband, Matt. Haleigh lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with her two daughters—Everlee (an eternal optimist) and Eisley (a sparkle-loving mini tastemaker). She swears by a leisurely dinner, a great hotel lobby scent, and always packing a backup charger.

Her travel style? Wander the city by day, pasta and wine by night. Sound machine optional, but highly recommended.

CAsey

Client Experience Coordinator
Logistics queen. Snack-packer. Master of the artful itinerary.

Casey is the calm in the travel storm—the one tying up the final (and crucial) details for every Next Exit itinerary. From dining reservations and wellness treatments to transportation and special requests, she’s the magic behind the curtain making sure your journey flows beautifully from takeoff to touchdown.

Her love of travel started early—belting out oldies on childhood road trips with her dad, paper map in hand, and a head full of curiosity. Those formative drives taught her what makes a trip feel smooth and joyful—and how to pivot when things go sideways (a skill that comes in handy when navigating both airports and motherhood).

Casey is married to her high school sweetheart, Colter, and they’re raising three incredible boys. When she’s not on the sidelines cheering them on, she’s dreaming up the next great family adventure—or baking something from scratch just because. Known for her creativity, her fierce organizational skills, and her fairy godmother energy, Casey helps turn travel ideas into magic.

Her travel style? Give her a beach chair, a great café view, and a spiral notebook for word searches, and she’s all set. Just don’t ask her to karaoke. (Unless she’s alone in the car.)

KAIT

Client Experience Coordinator
Hostess at heart. Planner always. Pasta enthusiast.

Kait has always loved the details that turn a good experience into a memorable one. A natural planner and hostess, she genuinely enjoys researching the perfect restaurant, building an itinerary that flows beautifully, and finding the little touches that make people feel especially well cared for. At Next Exit, she brings that same thoughtfulness to the client experience, helping coordinate the many details that take a trip from a great idea to a beautifully executed journey.

Her love of travel began with family adventures throughout the United States, but her first international trip, a honeymoon in Europe with her husband, Travis, gave her an entirely new appreciation for experiencing a destination through everyday life. One of her favorite days in Paris involved a visit to Julia Child’s favorite cooking store followed by cappuccinos, pastries, shopping, and plenty of aimless wandering. It was a perfect reminder that some of the best travel days are a mix of thoughtful plans and plenty of room to simply enjoy where you are.

When she isn’t planning travel, Kait is likely planning something else. She loves hosting friends and family with Travis and will happily find an excuse to celebrate just about anything. Her Roman Empire is an ongoing three-way tie between pasta, coffee, and her planner.

Her travel style? A thoughtfully planned itinerary with plenty of room for a neighborhood coffee shop, a great meal, local shops, and an afternoon with nowhere she absolutely has to be. Bonus points if pasta is involved.

Natalie

Client Experience + Media Coordinator
Detail detective. Formula 1 fanatic. Always one step ahead.

Natalie’s love for travel was fostered by her adventurous parents and countless childhood road trips across the United States. Since then, she has explored 35 of the 50 states, traveled throughout the Caribbean and Europe, and developed a particular love for London. One of her favorite travel memories is watching the sun rise over the Roman Forum, and she still has her sights set on visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks.

At Next Exit, Natalie helps bring every trip across the finish line. She oversees final travel documents and ensures clients have the details, resources, and information they need before departure, so they can head into their journey feeling prepared and well cared for. As Media Coordinator, she also helps bring the Next Exit brand to life through social media, website content, newsletters, and more. With an eye for detail and an even sharper eye for what looks, sounds, or feels slightly off, Natalie sweats the small stuff so our clients don’t have to.

Outside of Next Exit, Natalie is a Formula 1 fan, photographer, reader, and cross-stitcher who loves a good poolside chat and trips to the local coffee shop with her husband, Will, and son, Tucker.

Her travel style? Give her a pool lounger with an ocean view, an iced vanilla latte, and enough time to actually enjoy both. She loves a good itinerary, but some of her favorite travel moments are the ones worth slowing down for.

About Next Exit

At Next Exit Travels, we believe the trip planning process should be a fun experience, with white glove service from beginning to end that emulates the experiences our clients have while they are traveling with our partners. We work to serve our clients above all else and we are not influenced by any sort of sales goals or metrics. Because we do not believe in prefixed itineraries, each trip planned in partnership with Next Exit Travels is treated with the utmost care resulting in proposals that are entirely curated to our clients’ preferences, personality, travel style and more.

As your travel advisors, we are here for you before, during and after travel to assist with any questions or unexpected hiccups you may experience along the way. We strive to build strong relationships with our clients and while we aim for each trip to go off without a hitch, you can trust that we will be there for you should something come up!

Next Exit Travels has created a
finely-tuned system for trip planning

The process allows the team to be creative while presenting itinerary proposals within a timely manner. They ask that clients engage their services when they are ready to book travel as the planning process typically takes three weeks from inquiry to deposit. They ask that clients reach out at least 3-6 months prior to date of departure, though they can accommodate last minute requests in specific circumstances. As luxury travel specialists, Next Exit Travels is the best fit for travelers who have a minimum budget of $1,000 per adult per night for full travel planning.

Because Next Exit Travels keeps their client list small, they create personal relationships with their clients and finds they are most energized by clients who like to think outside of the box. The team loves to create experiences that are unique to their clients and always considers what they have done in the past, how their lives may have changed since their last trip, and carefully weighs this as they design itineraries.
